Come Together Arts & Music Fest - 4/20 - 4/22 2012

This is reallly shaping up to be not only one of the greatest early season festivals in the region, but also one of the best values out there. With enough diversity to please just about anyone, and the great vibes from the people that are putting this festival on, this will be an event that you do NOT want to miss!

The event will be held at the water bowl in Muncie, Indiana on the weekend of April 20th, and ticket prices are an INCREDIBLE $35 for presale and $45 at the gate. There are so many acts on this bill that I'd rather you just click on the facebook link after the jump and read about it there.

Talent from all over the midwest will be coming together (no pun intended) to give you a very memorable weekend. Genres ranging from Jam, Frunk, Bluegrass, Alternative, Acoustic, Dance,

also plenty of electronic music from all genres ranging from dubstep, drum n bass, electro, breaks, trance, house, techno, hard style and jungle.

I reccomend visiting the Facebook event page and checking out more of the details. This is an absolute no brainer!

FREE Glostik Willy Show This Friday!

Spring Hookah in the Hills 2012!

One of the first regional festivals of the year will once again be the mainstay that is Spring Hookah in the Hills. It will go from March 29th through April 1st, 2012. Ekoostik Hookah will of course be headlining the event alongside The Werks. John mullins will be there as will you're favorite trash grass band, the boys from Rumpke Mountain. Plenty of other great talent will keep this party going all weekend. Most of the remaining lineup is listed in the picture.  Just be sure to bring lots of warm clothes and it would probably be a good idea to be ready for the rain and some mud. (If you were there last year, you already will come prepared)

Presale tickets are available for 60 dollars or 45 dollars depending on whether you arrive Thursday or Friday. Prices go up 15 dollars if you purchase at the gate.  This festival is guaranteed to be a good time and a great kickoff for most people to the beginning of the season.

4/20 Shows

It's that time of year again. Our yearly celebration of the twentieth of April. That means plenty of shows to go around. Here are a few shows around our area that will be going on. Feel free to add more shows that you know of in the comments, because I'm sure to be missing out on quite a few!

Wherever you are, there should be good music to catch.  This would be a good opportunity to take advantage of JamBase to find a show that suits you
